Kriya Samadhi Yoga is taught by Jaananda in Ireland. This page explains how the registration and contact forms use your details.
What is collected
From the registration form: name, email, optional phone and message, and the options you tick: in-person class, online class, workshop, and news updates. From the contact form: name, email, optional phone, and your message. The server also stores the time of signup or message and a technical address (IP) to limit abuse.
Why
To follow up about the class, online practice, or workshop you asked about, to reply to a message you sent, and — only if you tick news — to send occasional updates. The legal basis is your consent.
Who sees it
Jaananda. Records are stored in the site’s MariaDB database on this web server. They are not sold or passed to advertisers.
How long
For as long as they are needed to organise classes and news, or until you ask for them to be removed.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your record, or withdraw consent. The unsubscribe link in messages opens a short form (and a follow-up email) so you can stop news, class, online, or workshop contact, or remove yourself from the list entirely. You can also write to jaananda@babaji.com.
